The consortium of Open Cyber University is comprised of 23 universities. Participating universities and OCU signed on the academic exchange agreement which focuses on cross-credit acquirement, sharing of school buildings, use of libraries, cooperation on opening of new courses and faculty appointment, and sharing of information and education programs. (OCU students can use the libraries of member universities when they present their OCU ID cards. But the scope of opening depends on the regulations of each university.)
